Hello, I’m Julia. A professional corporate headshot photographer, experienced in photographing teams of 5-100+ people in Melbourne. I regularly travel to offices in the CBD, Docklands, Southbank and the inner city for staff headshot photography sessions.
My 10+ years of experience, paired with a BA Photography, gives me the technical insights to work in all sorts of conditions – from bright office spaces with window views, to smaller spaces with limited natural light.

Pre-Shoot Planning & Guidance:
Together we plan your staff photoshoot, and customise it to your business.
Prior to the photoshoot, I set up a Zoom with key staff members to plan the style and logistics. After this, your staff will receive a detailed brief outlining everything needed to get them prepared for the big day. Each brief is customised, so we can give the right visuals and guidelines specific to your photoshoot.
From start to finish, my staff headshot photography process is seamless and stress-free.
Together, we'll discuss the style that best suits your brand. From there, you can trust me to handle the rest. With my equipment in tow, I'll arrive at your workplace and work my magic to make your team look fabulous.
How A Corporate Headshot Day Works:
Pre-Shoot Planning: We meet on Zoom to discuss style, setup and logistics.
Setup Time: Allow 30-40 minutes for me to set up my portable studio and lighting within your space.
On Site Photography Space Required: Aim for 3×4 metres. Setup location can be discussed during the consultation.
Time Per Staff Member: Generally allow between 5-10 minutes per-person. This can be streamlined for large teams.
Final Turnaround: Usually final images will be retouched within a week of image selection (0ften sooner!).
Pricing: $250 callout fee, plus a per-person/per-image rate ($100-$160 depending on volume).

- Your custom Shoot Brief is created, with pre-shoot advice, timeline and visual references for your team.
- Shoot day, image reviews and selection occur.
- Final retouching is completed on selected images.
- Image Delivery is completed via Dropbox or online gallery. Allow ~3-7 days from final image selection for your final images, depending on team size.

Yes, for team photoshoots I regularly come into the CBD, Docklands, Inner suburbs and workplaces across wider Victoria for office headshot photography.
A small meeting room is usually sufficient for head and shoulders – aim for 3×3 metres. We may need more space for wider 3/4 portraits.
Approximately 5-10 minutes per staff member, depending on team size and style.
Yes, I have a studio in Ringwood East (Melbourne’s eastern suburbs). I can accommodate individuals and teams.
I regularly come back on-site for my clients to do updates. Some businesses prefer to send their team members to my studio for individual updates too. My technical process will ensure I match the style of new staff to your existing images.
Cost varies per-shoot, and I will create you a custom quote (please fill in the form above). As a general starting point, call out and setup fee is priced at $250 +GST, and I then charge per-person. This starts at $160 per-person, and drops with higher volumes of staff.
