Updating Your Barrister Headshot:

Holmes List has recently undergone a rebrand, resulting in an impressive new website. Holmes List is looking for cohesive and professional images of all their barristers to highlight your best qualities and elevate the overall quality of the list.

As a photographer, my objective is to not only align with the website’s visual style but to also capture your personality and professionalism, and create an image that you’re proud to use online.

The Holmes List Style

The Holmes List website exhibits a consistent style in the headshots that I have captured. This entails utilising a light background, professional lighting, and a horizontal crop that ensures your shoulders remain within the frame.

Some barristers prefer a happy image, while others are quite serious. This is a personal preference, and we can work together to discuss what expression suits you and your practice of law.

What To Expect At Your Photoshoot:

My goal is to produce a headshot that you can take pride in showcasing online. To accomplish this, I will provide direction regarding angles and expressions while you are being photographed. Additionally, we will review the captured images during the shoot to determine the most effective approach for your specific needs.

Selecting your final image:

You can select on the spot at your shoot – let me know if you have any editing requests.

Final Image Delivery:

Your selected image will be professionally retouched and delivered to you via a secure dropbox link, which will be emailed to you. You’ll receive a high-resolution image, as well as a web-sized file to use online. 

Additional Images:

Some barristers may wish to purchase additional images. This may encompass different expressions or a quick outfit change (such as wearing your jabot). You are welcome to purchase additional images for $85 per image (includes GST).

HOW TO BOOK:

1 – Pick one of the session types below, and click on the booking button. 
2- Select a date and time for your session, and enter your details.
3 – Make sure you ‘redeem coupon’ with the code: HOLMES. This discounts the session to 100%. Holmes List will handle the session payment.
4 – Once you submit your booking I will be in touch via email.

Let me introduce myself…
I’m Julia, and I’ve been capturing the headshots for Holmes List Barristers across 2022 and 2023.

As a headshot photographer, my top priority is to create images that you can be proud of and absolutely love. I completely understand that being in front of the camera can be nerve-wracking and not everyone’s cup of tea.

Rest assured, I’m a patient and empathetic professional who works collaboratively with you to ensure we capture images that you love. I’ve honed my process and created a comfortable atmosphere to ensure that you feel at ease during the shoot. Helping people fall in love with their own photographs has always been a driving force in my career.
