Yes, for team photoshoots I regularly come into the CBD, Docklands, Inner suburbs and workplaces across wider Victoria for office headshot photography.
Yes – I’ll arrive with a remote studio, including lighting and backdrop (if required) to set up a professional photography studio within your office. I’ll also hook my camera up to my laptop so your staff can review their images in real time.
A small meeting room is usually sufficient for head and shoulders – aim for 3×3 metres. We may need more space for wider 3/4 portraits.
I regularly match existing staff headshots – make you you send your reference images in advance. For existing clients, my documentation will allow me to recapture new staff as they join your team, so your staff headshots will always match despite being taken across months or years.
Approximately 5-10 minutes per staff member, depending on team size and style.
I regularly come back on-site for my clients to do updates. Some businesses prefer to send their team members to my studio for individual updates too. My technical process will ensure I match the style of new staff to your existing images.
My pre-session consultation dives right into this question, as my advice differs for various industries.
As general advice, I suggest plain colours, simple styles, and avoiding words/graphics. Ensuring necklines are appropriate (not too low), and that clothing is clean and ironed (even if that means staff bring their photo outfit separately).
For my on-site staff headshot shoots, I will put together a custom brief, tailored to your business, full of tips for your staff and how to prepare for their headshot.
I strive to have all images retouched and delivered within 7 working days from image selection. Often, with on-site selection, I have your images back within the same week.
