Model Portfolios & Personal Portraits

Sometimes it’s nice to do something just for yourself. Now’s the time to celebrate who you are, mark a milestone birthday, boost your confidence, or step into something new like modelling or online dating. Personal portrait sessions are relaxed, supportive and designed to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, even if you’re usually nervous. Together we’ll create images that feel natural, expressive and genuinely “you.” And if you’re interested in modelling, we can easily tailor the session to build or refresh a model portfolio, whether you’re brand new or already experienced.

About The Studio

All summer sale sessions take place at my Ringwood East studio.

The space offers both indoor and outdoor options, giving us flexibility with colour, light and atmosphere. Indoors, you’ll find a mix of settings including a couch, desk setup, neutral backdrops and colourful backgrounds.

Outdoors, there’s soft greenery and natural pockets of shade that work beautifully for relaxed portraits. The studio is comfortable, calm and private, with music, light refreshments and gentle direction throughout your session.

Conveniently located in Ringwood East, minutes from the Eastlink tunnel.

  • Availability: Tues-Friday, with limited Saturday morning sessions (book quickly!).
  • Individuals only, no families, pairs or groups.
  • Sessions to be held indoors/outdoors at the Julia Nance Portraits Studio in Ringwood East, VIC.
  • No on-location sessions.

I specialise in headshots, personal branding photography and confidence-building portraiture out of my studio in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.
